While my sanity and my thought is still struggling to relate to God's purpose for me, I have to pen this down:
"Remember the Gift, not the cheap tricks.
Remember that you are promised the Gift to embrace.
So don't go around finding cheaper things,
Shorter terms of fun, pleasure and ecstasy.
They don't last, they don't feel long,
And the happiness is shortlived, replaced by the hurt and the gap later on.
Worst of all, you promised to Him that you love Him,
Because of all that He has done to make you His.
So, for God's sake, don't go around shopping for loose things,
And remember God, not the girl you fancy physically at the bar."
In need for grace, and I have to remind myself who I am in Christ.
