[short post]: a good friend tells me...

Strangely, in the middle of me standing by for a sound event, in which I was the engineer in charge of the sound programming.

And out of kindness he told me to pursue and not to stick to current life.

I think about it, and I realized there are a few people who already tell me that I should continue my passion as a bassist, if not a sessionist.

But I have recently just thrown off my dream because of the sad, realistic world whereby the higher goal you chase, the lonelier you become, and the worse person you will become.

So... after what he told me in length, I am left to wonder should I really rethink my decision?

A good church friend told me similar too, and that bothers me a lot.
